We would like to introduce a case where the introduction of our PLC motion controller "PLMC-M II EX" has achieved high productivity with an in-house dedicated machine. Previously, we were producing with a general-purpose polishing machine, but we felt limited in improving productivity. To develop more advanced in-house production technology, we needed a flexible NC that could incorporate our internal know-how. Additionally, networking for production management was also important. By implementing this product, we were able to achieve sufficient processing accuracy, confidentiality that cannot be imitated by other companies, cost advantages, costs similar to general-purpose PLCs, and integration with production management systems.
